3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Dealize Pro. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Free Trials

• Dealize Pro operates on a subscription-based model
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled
• You are responsible for managing your billing and subscription status
• If a free trial is offered, it may automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

6. No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice

Dealize Pro does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or real estate advice.

All deal analysis, calculations, projections, scores, and reports are estimates based on user-provided inputs and should not be relied upon as guarantees.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, due diligence, and any financial outcomes.

7. Accuracy of Data

Dealize Pro does not verify property data, repair estimates, market conditions, or financial assumptions. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all inputs and conclusions drawn from the platform.

8. User Content and Data

You retain responsibility for all deal data, notes, and content entered into the platform. You agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the platform
• Disrupt or interfere with platform functionality

10. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design, and functionality of Dealize Pro are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not use them outside normal platform use.
